The most obvious is FancyZones, which lets you easily hide and unhide commonly used programs or actions on the taskbar.
Out of the box, this update brings a few new tools with it. If you have multiple mice on your system, you can easily find the correct mouse from the list. When you search for the mouse, you'll get a list of the mice that were found (or not, if the mouse was not found), as well as the current location, date and time of the mouse. You can use this feature to track down a specific mouse, and it would work just as you would expect it to. On the Windows 7 Insider Preview 1, the built-in Find My Mouse utility can now be used to find a specific mouse.
